Repetitious patterns have always been part of stained glass. For centuries this was accomplished through stenciling. Today silkscreen technology has provided more detailed images with half tone shading.
Silkscreen allows a highly detailed window for a fraction of the cost of hand painting. Where our customers want the look of authentic painted glass, but the funding is not available, this is an excellent option.
Firing into glass makes the pigments part of the glass and allow it to last for centuries.
